BlytzPay's Void Customer functionality
There is an option to Void a customer in BlytzPay. Voiding a customer will delete the customer from the BlytzPay system. That means the record of texts, payments and/or notes for the customer will be deleted and this historical context will be lost.
The customer could come back into BlytzPay if still active in your DMS when the systems sync. If the customer comes back into BlytzPay, the customer will need to re-register and again, no historical context will be available.
